Hello!

On the home front, one of the biggest lockdown frustrations for me is that I can’t photograph where and when I would like to. I can’t invite someone over to The Studio (read: The garage) and point my camera at them. I am somewhat limited as to what I can photograph. I’m pretty sure my daughter is getting sick of having the camera in her face. Although she hides it well.

My wife spent part of Friday doing some product photography for a client, which thankfully she can still do (as long as the products are sent to our home). I’m even thinking of grabbing one of the items and seeing how close I can get to it to create something interesting.

You know things are bleak when I’m taking an interest in product photography.

Of course, the other reason I’m not a fan of lockdown is my weekly band practice and pre-practice pizza. Try saying that ten times fast! I’m not going to lie, it hurts when your favourite pizza place sends out emails talking about their home delivery service when you live out of their delivery zone. Just give me a minute, I’ll be right.

That’s it for now. Talk to you soon.

Richard
