Hello!
Entry number 105 for the 2022 365 Black & White Challenge is from a walk through the Hastings wetlands area.

Happy birthday to my father who turns another year older today!
Thursday
I’m unemployed.
I suppose I’m technically unemployed as I start my new position on Tuesday.
But anyway, this whole botanical photography thing is becoming a joke! I sold another botanical photo from this website last night. Don’t get me wrong, I’m EXTREMELY grateful for the support. It’s just I never thought my most popular genre of photographic sales on this website would be botanical. Black and white botanical at that.
Let me interrupt the flow to bring you a message from our sponsor, Me! Did you love the photo? Each photograph in the 2022 365 Black & White Challenge is made available as a single signed limited edition print. If you are interested, you can purchase the print at the Shop for only $36.50 (including free postage to anywhere in the world). If it’s not there then someone beat you to it! I thank you for your support of my photography and this website.
I did wake at my usual time but managed to convince my brain that it was acceptable to go back to sleep … for another 45 minutes.
I’m rambling (must be my unemployed brain taking over) so I’ll end it after I remember what I need to do on my one day off.
I need to organise the final details for a portrait shoot tomorrow. I need to drop my daughter off at a holiday activity and finish editing a video whilst she’s there. I need to figure out which direction I’m going in regards to my cameras.
And I need to enjoy my day off.
If you’ve made it this far, thank you for your time and your attention! I will see tomorrow you for the next post.
