Hello!
Entry number 88 for the 2022 365 Black & White Challenge is from a walk along the beach with my family.
Sunday 7 pm
Another Sunday, another night spent at the local skate rink for my wife’s training. The little one comes along to take part in the warmup and to hang with the daughter of another skater.
I normally bring my iPad and/or laptop to catch up on work or (as I am now, write some content for the blog). I’m on very good terms with the staff at the rink and have a running tab at the cafe.
I had the fleeting thought the other day about upgrading my car … now after discussions with my wife, the thought hasn’t gone away. I’m probably not going to get the Tesla I want, but a smaller car might be in the works. It won’t happen for a good few months, but hopefully, it will happen.
My needs are not steep, it needs to have four doors (this guarantees my drums will fit if required) and hopefully have seats that lie flat when folded. I’d love to have slightly better technology than my 2005 car, you know, rearview camera, Apple Play, Big fancy looking screen that if nothing else means I won’t have to use my phone for a SatNav device.
Not really tied to a brand but want something with a little grunt that will last many years.
Got any ideas of what I should look at?
