Hello!
Entry number 90 for the 2022 365 Black & White Challenge is from a walk around an industrial area.

Wednesday 6:46 pm
This photograph shows a street I’m rather fond of. If you look to the left (outside of the photo’s border) you would see the factory where our band room is situated.
As a photographer, one of the thrills of the job is when you get to work with repeat clients. Today I photographed headshots for Bec whose 50th birthday I photographed earlier in the year. It was a short shoot but full of laughs and discussions of Hamilton, which she not only saw, but her apartment has three of those big flags advertising the show right outside her window!
I really enjoyed the apartment complex where Bec lived as it has a gorgeous courtyard, rooftop area including a dining area with a kitchen and plenty of locations in which to shoot. The shoot itself was great fun and although I managed a short snippet, I need to get better filming behind-the-scenes stuff as I shoot. Bec volunteered to record a testimonial for me which I quickly knocked up into a video for my website. All I have to do is write the accompanying blog post now.
My favourite part of the testimonial was when she encouraged people to hire me now before I put my prices up. 🙂
Speaking of which, I need to work on my website, so I must get on to that!
Let me interrupt the flow to bring you a message from our sponsor, Me! Did you love the photo? Each photograph in the 2022 365 Black & White Challenge is made available as a single signed limited edition print. If you are interested, you can purchase the print at the Shop for only $36.50 (including free postage to anywhere in the world). If it’s not there then someone beat you to it! I thank you for your support of my photography and this website.
I might use a couple of her photos over the next few days as my Candidates folder is running low! Time to go for more photo walks I feel.
If you’ve made it this far, thank you for your time and your attention! I will see tomorrow you for the next post.
